Cyclists! We need your help leading the event. Ride to the start at Dorena School by 9:00am and stay off the front alerting aid personal of the runners coming! Aid stations are at 2.3, 4.3,6,7 and 9.8 miles back to Trailhead Park Check in at 8am at Bohemia Park with Mike or Andi prior to riding 13.1 miles to the start Please wear all appropriate safety gear including helmet. Fastest runner is running at 11mph
