Join us for Opening Night of our 3-part race series through the trails of Pittsburgh’s largest municipal park - Frick Park.
This is Year 3 of the Frick Trail Race Series presented by Dick's Sporting Goods. A mid-week, evening series to break up the workweek and tune-up for longer races on the weekends.
We always start and finish on Reynolds Street, right across from the Frick Museum parking lot and next to the Frick Lawn Bowling Courts. Start and finish line address is 7300 Reynolds Street.
Please register for either the 5K or 10K distance below. Register before April 30th to be guaranteed a race shirt. Entry fee for children under 18 years old are 50% off. Minimum age is 10 years old.
The 5K course is 3.23 miles and the 10K course is 6.36 miles. The Aid Station will be located at the intersection of Nature Trail and Falls Ravine Trail, sitting at mile marker 1.6 of the 5K route and mile marker 4.31 for the 10K course.
Race Distance Change and Transfer Policy
We understand life gets in the way and training may not have gone as planned.
Request to change distance or transfer your bib must be made no later than 05/26/2026 at 11:59 PM. Please email chas@paper-dirt.com to request a distance change or transfer your bib. There is no fee to switch from the 10K to 5K. To switch from the 5K to 10K, you will pay the difference in race fee.
Sorry, you cannot make changes mid-race. You must race the distance you signed up for.
Adding to the post-race celebration, '77 Club (pizza) and Two Frays Brewing will be popping-up on Reynolds Street each week. Eat, drink and race local!
