Here’s what new with Movemint: CRM, Partner Program, Preview Reg, and updates to existing features.
Feature Highlights
Feature Highlights are some new features we released on Movemint this past month, plus new updates to existing features.
New Features
CRM : Manage all of the athletes registered for your event. Organizers can create audiences among participants, initiate transfers, issue refunds, resend confirmation emails, export audiences to Google Sheets or CSV, and more!
Partner Program : Refer events to Movemint and earn additional revenue. If you’re interested, you can apply to our Partner Program on the Financials page in your Organizer Dashboard.
Preview Reg : Preview registering for your event. Before opening registration, organizers can see what it’s like for athletes to sign up.
Feature Updates
Automated Email : Customize automated emails to participants. Organizers can add rich text to their automated emails for participants whenever they register, donate, create a fundraiser, etc.
Email : Send email to a sub-set of participants in. Organizers can now send emails to participants based on Saved Audiences. For example, if your event has in-person and virtual sub-events, you can email them separately.
Merchandise : Control how participants see merchandise. Organizers can reorder items, decide to display items during registration and/or in their event store, show or hide items, and make athletes opt out of merchandise.
Financials : Schedule payouts in Movemint. Set a daily, weekly, or month schedule to automatically move revenue from your payments balance into your bank account.
Race Day Check-In : Filter participants for check-in. Organizers can see participants for specific sub-events. For example, if your event has both in-person and virtual sub-events, organizers can filter by in-person only for race day check-in.
Sub-Events : Add multiple participants for sub-events. Organizers can allow a participant to sign up a team of multiple participants for sub-events that feature more than one athlete like relays and tandems.
Transfers : Allow participants to transfer from one sub-event to another. If enabled by organizers, participants can change sub-events on their own. If the registration amount of the new sub-event is more than the previous, participants will be prompted to pay the difference.
