New Features

Movemint Docs: Get your guide to all the products and features that power Movemint with Movemint Docs! Whether you’re setting up your first event or exploring advanced features, everything you need to know about how to use Movemint is just a click away. Text Messaging : Send text messages to participants for events in the US. Texting is now available alongside Movemint’s suite of email marketing tools in a unified Communications Hub. Texting is perfect for event updates, day-of reminders, and post-event results because it offers an immediate and effective way to ensure your messages are seen.

Feature Updates

Movemint Service Fee Rates : Get a detailed breakdown of Movemint’s service fee charge in the Financials tab of the Organizer Dashboard for your event.

Start Lists : Show or hide the number and names of athletes who are participating in your event. Head over to the Edit Event page from the Details tab in the Organizer Dashboard for the event to enable start lists and participant counts.

Participant Registration Protection: Enable participants to purchase registration protection at checkout. Athletes will pay an additional fee and can register without regrets. This feature is free for organizers. Organizers can enable this feature in the Details tab of their Organizer Dashboard for an event.

Spotlight Series & Events

Spotlight Events showcase the Movemint team’s monthly picks for you to draw inspiration for your next event.

Low Gap: Grasshopper #1

Join the first event of the Grasshopper Adventure Series for an epic mixed-terrain adventure that has become a “Hopper Classic.” Half pavement and half dirt, this event is the epitome of NorCal adventure riding and the perfect early-season challenge to kick off your year and test your limits. Grasshoppers have always been about adventure, exploration and pushing your limits. Come to race, or come to adventure and explore.

OTC’s 6th Annual Winter Classic

Kick off a new year of running and racing at the 6th annual Winter Classic! Track events include the open 3200m, youth 1600m, as well as a 400m kids’ Fun Run and a sure-to-be exciting mixed 4 x 800m Relay. The Winter Classic is also a fundraiser for Skyline High School’s Cross Country and Track and Field programs. Donations will help them to purchase new equipment & support their athletes!

Vermont Overland Trophy

Two sports are better than one. The Overland TROPHY is a unique combination of the bike and trail run races over the Vermont Overland weekend. Based on combined overall time for participants who finish both events, TROPHY is about being a well-rounded athlete with the ability to traverse a landscape efficiently no matter the mode. This year, TROPHY is powered by Movemint’s Series, allowing athletes to sign up for both races at once. Athletes can still participate separately in The Overland Bike and The Overland Run events.

BMC Rock Cobbler 12.0

The Rock Cobbler is a stupidly hard thrill ride bordering on a race. It was conceived by madmen, on barstools late into the night. Gravel Ride? Sorta… For those who have come and conquered, or passed out trying, they truly understand the Cobbler quote: “When you finish (if you finish) you will know WHY it’s called the Rock Cobbler!”
