Get ready for the 10th Annual 5K Walk/Run with us! Whether you're a walker or a runner, all levels are welcome at Run From Prostate Cancer.

Our annual 5K Walk/Run is a great opportunity to meet new friends, crush your mileage goals, and continue to fight against Prostate Cancer.

What to Expect:

A welcoming and supportive environment for walkers and runners of all paces.
Group Stretch by @biglou_trains (8:25am - 8:35am)
A training session by @Fitkonnekt (8:35am - 8:50am)
The chance to crush your mileage goals and set the tone for 2026 Fall.
A post-celebration will follow where you can relax, connect with others, and celebrate your 5K accomplishment (WIN)
