Hello hello!

I had very ambitious plans with a Coffee 50K run this weekend for my birthday to follow up from the Taco Bell 50K, but I've been busy planning the Patagonia 5K (and still am).

In consolation, I'm planning to run 3.2 (I'll be turning 32!) to a coffee shop I've been meaning to visit (Paper Son in Dogpatch).

Come join me at one of three places:

• 8mi Run: at Washington Square Park (at 7:10am though you'll have to run 6x30s surges with me 🙂), 
• 3.2mi Run: at the Ferry Building (at 8:00am)
• 0mi Run: at Paper Son (8:30am)

Should be a fun time with three things I enjoy:

• running 🏃
• post-run coffee ☕️
• hanging out 🤙
