About 3rd Annual Women In Coaching Event at the Trackhouse

For the 3rd year, in honor of Women’s History Month, Tracksmith will host The Rise of Women in Coaching panel at the Trackhouse. This year featuring a superstar panel including Stephanie Bruce, Kara Dudley, Michelle Pillepich and Dr. Susan Kang.

We'll delve into the intersection of women, running, coaching, and the thriving running boom. 

Our discussion will explore the complexities of coaching women as women, emphasizing a full-body approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. We will also delve into how our panelists, each an accomplished runner, coach, and, in some cases, a doctor or team leader, navigate the entrepreneurial aspects of coaching and how their personal running journeys shape their coaching philosophies.
