    Join us at the NYC Trackhouse for our kick off to the 100 Days to NYC long run series. We'll run 8 or 12 miles with our first course preview over the Pulaski Bridge to LIC via Queens Summer Streets.

  • Week 2: August 2nd - Meet in Beacon (10 or 16 miles)

    We're returning to Beacon, NY for a long run on the hills of upstate. The trip to Beacon is about 90 minutes from NYC and easily accessible by MetroNorth or by car. We'll run 10 miles or 16 miles on country roads with a post run meet up in Beacon town for refueling and refreshments after the run. A MetroNorth ticket is $17.75 one way. We recommend getting on the 7:55 am train arriving to Beacon at 9:30 am. Bag check will be available.

  • Week 3: August 9th - NYC Summer Streets and Queensboro preview (8 or 15 miles)

    Week Three of 100 Days to NYC takes us to Manhattan for a NYC favorite - Summer Streets! But first, we'll course preview over the Pulaski and Queensboro Bridges over 8 or 15 miles.
  • Week 4: August 16th - Summer Streets to Central Park (9 or 16 miles)

    Week Four of 100 Days to NYC and we'll head over the Williamsburg bridge to Summer Streets and up to Central Park over 9 or 16 miles.
  • Week 5: August 23rd - "The First 10" (10 or 17 miles)

    Week Four of 100 Days to NYC. We'll head to Prospect park and then to 4th avenue for a course preview of the "First 10 miles" of the NYC Marathon course - 4th avenue to Williamsburg on the. The routes will cover 10 or 17 miles.
  • Week 6: August 30th - Roosevelt Island (9 or 18 miles)

    Week Six of 100 Days to NYC. We'll run a Tracksmith NYC favorite over to Roosevelt Island for some flat miles. This run includes course previews over the Pulaski bridge to LIC for 9 or 18 miles.
  • Week 7: September 6th - Bridges and WSH (10 or 20 miles)

    Join us for a run to the West Side Highway for 10 and the first 20-mile run.

    Week Eleven of 100 Days to NYC will be our longest, long run over 22 miles and will cover key points on the marathon course - Pulaski Bridge, Queensboro Bridge, First Avenue and Central Park. The 22 mile route will roughly cover miles 11-25 of the marathon course. There will be a 10 mile route as well.

  • Week 12: October 11th - Red Hook, Dumbo (8 or 16-20)

    Week Eleven of 100 Days to NYC. We'll run some flat miles to Red Hook and Dumbo to recover from all the hills. The routes are 8 or 16 miles.

  • Week 13: October 18th - Final Pulaski, LIC preview

    Week Thirteen of 100 Days to NYC. The taper continues as we do our final run over the Pulaski bridge before race day. The routes cover 9 or 15 miles.

  • Week 14: October 25th - "The Last 10"

    Week Fourteen of the 100 Days to NYC Marathon will be our final long run of the series. We'll honor tradition and join the NYC community for "The Last 10" - starting at 60th st and 1st avenue in Manhattan and ending at the finish line in Central Park. This run will start in Manhattan so there is no bag check.
