About Maple & Cheese 5k Run

The Salt Lake Criterium is a weekend long festival of professional and amateur bike racing. A criterium aka "crit" race is a high speed road race that takes place on a closed course. The Maple & Cheese 5K will be on the bike race course before the cycling action begins! Come challenge yourself on the action packed course, then stay for the party. There will be bike races all day, and expo, food vendors, beer garden, music and more!

Packet pick-up: Friday August 14th from 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Day-of packet pick-up: Saturday August 15th from 6:00am - 7:00am

Race start: 7:30am

Podium and Awards Ceremony: 8:15am

Strollers are welcome—please just be mindful of other participants on the course.
