About Boston Bakery Crawl
The Boston Bakery Crawl is a 16.1 km (10 mile) unsanctioned social run through Boston and Cambridge, organized by Boston Road Runners — one of the city's most active running communities.
Starting and finishing at Dick's Sporting Goods on Boylston Street in Back Bay, runners follow a carefully designed route through Back Bay, Allston, the South End, and Cambridge — stopping at four of the city's best independent bakeries along the way. At each stop, runners pick up a pre-arranged item, take a short break, and continue the route.
Every registered runner receives a custom numbered race bib which serves as their check-in credential at each stop. A bag drop will be available at the start. One Boston Road Runners ambassador will be stationed at every bakery to manage flow and mark your bib.
The stops:
Greystone Cafe — South End
Sofra Bakery & Cafe — Allston
Flour Bakery + Cafe — Harvard Square, Cambridge
Colette Bakery — South End
One waves, two paces: 8:30 AM Minimum pace 10 min/mile. Both waves finish by approximately 11:00 AM.
