Come out for an easy 3 mile run at 6:30pm followed by a nutrition chat with run coach Tammy Whyte and sports dietitian Christina Chu! Whether you're training for a race or just enjoy moving your body, fueling right can make all the difference. If you've ever felt drained mid-run or struggled to recover, this collaborative event is for you.
Tammy Whyte, founder of TW Training, is a certified run coach and personal trainer who empowers athletes of all levels through smart, sustainable training. Christina Chu is a sports dietitian who maximizes athlete potential through science-driven, realistic, and effective nutrition interventions. Every athlete is truly unique which should be embraced, not diminished, when developing a proper fueling strategy.
After our run, we’ll dive into a real-talk conversation on how to build a fueling plan that supports your endurance training, including foundational principles every athlete should follow, long-run fueling, and how to properly tackle carb-loading - according to science. All levels are welcome. Come ready to move, learn, and connect!
