FTC HYROX SIMULATION — Laney College Football Field | October 31st

Come put your training to the test with a full HYROX simulation: 8 x 1K runs + all 8 workout stations.

A Full Hyrox Simulation — 8 Runs + 8 Stations

1. 1K run → 1K Ski Erg

2. 1K run → 50m Sled Push

3. 1K run → 150m Sled Pull

4. 1K run → 80m Burpee Broad Jump

5. 1K run → 1K Row Erg

6. 1K run → 200m Farmer Carry

7. 1K run → 100m Sandbag Lunges

8. 1K run → 100 Wall Balls

Race Day Details

• Full HYROX simulation — 8 x 1K runs + all 8 workout stations

• Competitive heats — 5 athletes or teams per heat, grouped by estimated finish time

• Heats every 10 minutes — keeping the course moving and competition tight

• Race-day judges — judges at each station for reps, standards, and transitions

• HYROX Open weights — race-standard weights across all stations

• Race-day environment — music, announcer, spectators, and FTC energy

• Hydration + recovery area

Schedule — Saturday, October 31st

• 9:00 AM — Check-in opens

• 9:15 AM — Warm-up area opens

• 10:00 AM — First heat

• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM — Race heats

• 3:00 PM — Final heat

• 5:00 PM — Closing

Athletes should arrive at least 45 minutes before their assigned heat. Official heat assignments will be sent 5 days before the event.

Good to Know

• Open to everyone — no FTC membership or prior HYROX experience required

• Official HYROX race distances and Open division weights used throughout

• Doubles partners complete all 1K runs together and can split station work however they like

• Heat times assigned based on division and estimated finish time

• Spectators welcome

• All registrations are final and non-refundable unless you purchase Participant Registration Protection

• Rain or shine event
