Loop de'Ville Fest 2025
About
Loop de Ville Fest is a full day of guided group hikes, walks, runs and bike rides on the Rivanna Trail.
This is your chance to experience a guided and supported hike, run, or bike on the trails that encircle our city!
Not up for a full 20 mile loop? No problem. Join our Half Loop option or hop on the trail and do any portion you like.
All events are FREE with an optional donation!
CHOOSE YOUR EVENT
Choose whether to hike, ride, or bike and select the distance you'd like to complete. Unless otherwise noted, all groups will have designated guides along the way. If biking, please be sure to choose the pace group that most accurately matches your skill level and experience. Note that these events are not races!
CHEER ZONES / AID STATIONS
Along the route, there will be multiple Cheer Zones that will keep your spirits up and supply you with water, electrolytes, and some snacks. Some Cheer Zones have their own special offerings (we hear Fontaine will have pancakes!). If you have a preferred type of nutrition or hydration, please plan to pack it and carry it on the route.
FINISH LINE PARTY
There will be a DJ spinning all day so finishers can enjoy a lively return to Rivanna River Co. where cold beverages and food for purchase await! The party is free and your friends and family are welcome to hang out at RRC for any or all of the festival. Finishers are estimated to arrive back from about 11:00am until 6:00pm and the music and refreshments will go until about 8pm.
For more information on each specific sub-event, please visit our website at https://loopdeville.org.
