About MandaRUN Half Marathon & 5K
Welcome to the 19th Annual MandaRUN Half Marathon & 5K!
The MandaRUN is presented by Loomis ACE Hardware and benefits the Loomis Basin Education Foundation, supporting the seven schools of the Loomis Union School District.
The Half Marathon enjoys a unique point-to-point scenic route with gently rolling terrain, starting in Auburn at Placer High School and finishing at the Historic Train Depot in downtown Loomis. The feedback from previous participants has been outstanding — many come back for the route alone.
The 5K is an out-and-back route from the Train Depot in beautiful Loomis, CA.
Event Schedule:
- 6:15 AM — Half Marathon Check-In
- 7:00 AM — Half Marathon Shuttle to Start
- 8:00 AM — Half Marathon Start
- 7:30 AM — 5K Check-In
- 9:00 AM — 5K Start
What's Included:
- Technical t-shirt (short sleeve for 5K, long sleeve for Half Marathon; guaranteed if registered by October 31)
- Chip timing by Capital Race Management
- Finisher's medal for first 300 Half Marathon finishers
- Age group awards (1st–3rd) for both 5K and Half Marathon
- Post-race refreshments
