About the Meridia Mile
Participating in our first virtual event as a team gives you an opportunity to join Meridia and gain access to exclusive content from Meridia athletes including training plans, workout tips and recovery advice to help you run your best mile yet!
Every week we will do drawings for prizes from our favorite brands including lululemon, Puma, Salomon, Brooks, Open Fuel, ROKA, Fuel Goods, Superfeet, Zico coconut water, Strava, and Hyperice.
Anyone signed up for the Meridia Mile before each drawing will be entered to win prizes. So don’t wait to sign up! Winners will be announced on Instagram and via our newsletter.
On the weekend of Oct 10-11, we will all lace up around the world to run a mile together. All paces welcome here!
If you’re in Boulder, stay tuned for details on an opportunity to run your mile with Meridia in person.
The Meridia Mile is about more than just running fast though. Community is at the heart of everything we do and this event is an invitation to be in community with this new team as we work together to create a new lane for ourselves in track and field.
Let this be your formal invitation to join our team and run with us!

About Meridia
Meridia is a professional running team that does things differently.
Built by women, led with purpose, and powered by the athletes themselves, we’re creating a space where individuality is celebrated, stories are central, and success is defined on our terms.
The current landscape of our sport makes true independence difficult—athletes often have little control over their coach, training environment, or brand partnerships. Rather than waiting for a better system, we built one ourselves.
At Meridia, the athlete’s experience and wellbeing come first. Every decision we make is rooted in creating freedom, ownership, and longevity in sport.
Our tagline, “We were never meant to wait for a lane. We make our own,” captures that spirit—an invitation to anyone ready to create the change they wish to see.
Everyone who registers for this event will receive a weekly “Meridia Monday” email with training tips and a favorite workout from the team.
If you are interested in contributing additional funds (beyond the $10 registration) to support this Olympic development team as the athletes strive for LA 2028 and beyond, you can find additional tiers of support available in the checkout process.
The Meridia Mile is a self-timed event. Record your activity on Strava or any other app to participate! We will have an in-person event on Saturday, Oct 10 in Boulder, CO. If you want to participate in Boulder, there will be more details on time and location in the weeks to come.
