MomForward Movement Kickoff | Berkeley, CA: For All Mothers+

Join us to kick-off  the MomForward Movement Series with For All Mothers+, an impact non-profit breaking barriers for women through the lens of sport. We'll be launching a month-long celebration of motherhood and maternal equity throughout the United States and Canada, and fundraising for our programs!

Olympic bronze medallist and For All Mothers+ Founder Alysia Montaño will introduce the organization and share key insights from recent research and programs, lead a warm up, and join the community for a run/walk.

Family Forward Accommodations:

• We will have a dedicated lactation support space for breast/chest feeding and pumping moms
• Free parking!
• Post run coffee and snacks
• Childcare Grants: $100 per family to offset any childcare costs for the duration of our event! This grant can be used to compensate a designated babysitter, nanny, or family member to either accompany you to the event and care for your kid(s) while you run, or nurture them at home. Indicate your interest in the registration flow and we will be in touch!

Our Event Plan:

9am // Official Arrival time. Pre-run coffee and water available for guests, hand out raffle tickets for giveaway items

9:10-9:20am //  We gather as attendees, Alysia introduces For All Mothers+ and the MomForward Movement, pull raffle tickets for giveaway items

9:20-9:25 // Group warm up led by Alysia

9:25  // Kids Dash! 

9:30-9:35 // Group heads out for the run/walk (1-mile stroller friendly OR 3 miles, all paces welcome!)

9:45-10:30am // Enjoy post run treats and conversation
