About Unlocking Yes with Chelsea Sodaro x MomForward Movement: Community Run

Join Chelsea Sodaro and a powerful group of athlete-advocates for a last hoorah of  the MomForward Movement, benefitting For All Mothers+, a 501(c)3 nonprofit working at the intersection of motherhood and sports to champion an equitable society for all mothers to thrive. We'll be wrapping up a nationwide celebration of motherhood and maternal equity, and fundraising for our programs!

Event registration is FREE. Purchase a raffle ticket or donate to support our efforts to standardize maternal protections in sport.

IRONMAN World Champion and FAM+ Legacy Changemaker Chelsea Sodaro will lead a free group run as a warm-up of the 2026 BOULDERBoulder 10k. Participants will run alongside Chelsea and fellow On running-sponsored athletes while building local excitement for the race and raising funds for For All Mothers+.

Family Forward Accommodations:

• A dedicated lactation support space for breast/chest feeding and pumping moms

• Light refreshments for all

Our Event Plan:

5-515pm // meet + On shoe demo

5:15/5:30 pm // pre-run stretches and introduction to FAM+ by Chelsea Sodaro

5:30-6:15 pm // 3-4 mile run

6:15-7 pm // Refreshments + For the Long Run podcast with panelists Chelsea Sodaro and more!
