Reserve your slot to test your sweat with an hdrop monitor and get real data on your sweat rate and sodium loss. You’ll walk away with clear, actionable insights to dial in your hydration and fueling strategy.
During your session, you’ll ride for 30 minutes on a Wahoo KICKR bike, so come ready to sweat a bit. 

Alternatively, reserve an hDrop device to use during your run. Before picking up the device, please download and set up the hDrop app on your phone. After your run, return the device during your designated time slot, and our team will review your results and provide a personalized hydration analysis.
