About Rule of $3.99:
A winter ride, a good hang, and a chance to give back. Rule of $3.99 is:
A fundraiser for our friends at Pedal It Forward.
An excuse to get the crew together for a sick day of winter riding.
A celebration of our amazing cycling community.
One more bonus: All participants get the chance to register EARLY for Rule of Three on May 15, 2027.
The ride. The hang. The good stuff.
Meet: Saturday morning at OZ Bike Park.
Ride: Beautiful NWA tarmac, gravel, and singletrack. Three surfaces. One bike.
Hang: Head back to the park for beer, food, and fellowship.
Race or don’t race. Enjoy the day your way. No podiums, just unofficial finish times on Strava and a whole lot of good company.
Know before you roll:
Courses will NOT be marked. You MUST bring a GPS computer or written directions to navigate.
Routes: We’ll email them and post them here the week of the event.
Preparation: Come prepared to support yourself on the ride.
On-course support: We’ll have one aid station and a sweep from Pedal It Forward.
Sag support: 37 North Expeditions will provide a sag wagon for out-of-town riders who need assistance.
How the $3.99 works:
Pay $49.99 upfront through Movemint: $46.00 plus a $3.99 service fee.
Show up and check in on event day.
Get $46.00 back or choose to donate it to Pedal It Forward.
Show up, check in, get $46.00 back. No check-in, no refund.
Why the upfront charge? Spots are limited, and we want them filled with riders who show up. If it’s a little too chilly or last night’s bad decisions win, you’ll miss the ride and the refund.
