For our first session, we're focused on the moment that sets the tone for everything: an organizer's first five minutes on Movemint. Whether you built your first event here or switched over from another platform, those opening minutes matter - and you know better than anyone where they land and where they lose you.

We'll dig into what onboarding feels like today, where the path from sign-up to live event gets murky, and how we make those first steps feel intentional from creation through clear next steps.
