About SF Asian Bakery Half Marathon | Spring 2026

ORGANIZER EDIT: Wow! I’m delightfully surprised by these signup numbers. For smoother day-of logistics, I will be upping and capping this run to 35 runners. I would suggest bringing cash ~$5/ bakery/cafe to cover your pastries. If you would like to just pay in advance, contact me at paul@aapi5k.org.

ABOUT

This is an unsanctioned group run that will be stopping to Asian Bakeries across San Francisco! We will be purchasing an assortment of pastries at each stop along the way for the group to sample. 

The run will start at our first bakery at 8:50 AM at SŌHN in Dogpath and will end at approximately 12:15 PM at b. patisserie in Japantown. The distance between each bakery will be about a 5K, and the total duration of the run will be roughly 3-4 hours (stops included).

• Mile 0: SŌHN (Dogpatch) | Arrival @ 8:50 AM, Departure @ 9:15 AM

• Mile 3.5: Golden Gate Bakery (Chinatown) | Arrival @ 9:50 AM, Departure @ 10:05 AM

• Mile 9: Pineapple King (Sunset) | Arrival @ 11:00 AM, Departure @ 11:20 AM

• Mile 11: Breadbelly (Richmond) | Arrival @ 11:35 AM, Departure @ 11:55 AM

• Mile 13.1: b. patisserie (Japantown) | Arrival @ 12:15 PM

• Mile 13.3: jina bakes. (Japantown) | Arrival @ 12:45 PM (Bonus! only if people want to)
