Reserve your slot to test your sweat with an hdrop monitor and get real data on your sweat rate and sodium loss. You’ll walk away with clear, actionable insights to dial in your hydration and fueling strategy.
During your session, you’ll ride for 30 minutes on a Wahoo KICKR bike, so come ready to sweat a bit! We’ll have both SPD and flat pedals available. If you prefer to clip in, be sure to bring your cycling shoes.
