About The LinOma Line
Fast. Flat. Purpose-driven.
The LinOma Line Gravel starts and finishes in Ashland, Nebraska, rolling out onto some of the flattest and fastest gravel in the region. With wide-open farm roads, smooth gravel, and long, uninterrupted stretches, this is a course built for speed, steady power, and big smiles. Whether you’re chasing a PR or just soaking in a great day on the bike.
Riders can choose between two distances:
50K – Perfect for newer gravel riders, racers looking for a high-speed effort, or anyone wanting a fast, fun challenge.
100K – A longer test of endurance that still keeps elevation to a minimum, letting pacing, nutrition, and grit take center stage instead of climbing. The 100K distance also serves as a race between riders from the East (North) and West (South) sides of the LinOma Line. Bragging rights are on the line, with team scoring determined by finish placement: the top 25% of finishers and the bottom 25% of finishers from each side will score points toward their team total—making every rider’s effort count, from the front of the race to the final push to the line.
Both routes are designed to feature exceptionally low elevation gain, making this one of the most approachable and race-able gravel events on the calendar. The event will also feature a $2,000 cash purse for the top overall male and female finishers in the 100K distance, provided by High & Younes Attorneys at Law. Payouts will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers: 1st place – $500, 2nd place – $300, and 3rd place – $200.
After the race food will be available from Relish, a local supporter of local cycling events with some amazing offerings!
Beyond the ride, The LinOma Line Gravel is about riding for something bigger. This event proudly benefits Scare Away Cancer, a nonprofit organization that provides direct support to individuals affected by cancer, helping them and their families navigate some of life’s hardest moments.
