About The Longevity Ride · Presented By Stifel
Please join Stifel and USA Cycling Foundation on Friday, November 6, 2026 at Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, CA for an exclusive ride experience. Note: this event is exclusively for confirmed attendees of Stifel’s The Longevity Ride.
Please review the ride options carefully and register for the one that best fits your riding ability and interest.
Short: 15.6 miles | 859 feet of climbing
Features the roads surrounding Woodside with plenty of rolling hills along the way before returning to Rosewood.
Long: 30.0 miles | 1,472 feet of climbing
Explores the roads of Portola Valley and Woodside and out to Upper Crystal Springs Reservoir before returning to Rosewood.
Stationary Bike Ride led by Christian Vande Velde | 1 hour
Join former professional cyclist, Olympian, and Peloton instructor Christian Vande Velde for a 1-hour stationary bike class on the beautiful grounds of Rosewood Sand Hill. Bikes will have flat pedals (no cycling shoes required) and SPD-SL available. Please wear comfortable athletic clothes.
WHAT TO BRING
All riders on the short or long rides should come prepared with:
Helmet
Cycling shoes
GPS/navigation device with your registered route downloaded
Valid ID
Your bike, unless you would like to reserve a Specialized demo bike
We will provide water bottles, water, and snacks for the ride.
SPECIALIZED DEMO BIKES
Thanks to Specialized, a limited fleet of Tarmac and Roubaix bikes will be available for guests to ride on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have already reserved a bike for the USA Cycling Foundation’s Bicycles & Bluegrass Benefit, your bike will be ready for you Friday and reserved for you throughout the weekend.
ROUTE NAVIGATION & GPS
Please download the route to your personal GPS device before arriving for your ride.
Riders are responsible for bringing their own GPS device and having the appropriate route downloaded and ready to navigate. We strongly encourage every rider to have the route available on their own device, even if you plan to ride with a group.
RIDE SUPPORT
All rides will include on-course support, including SAG and mechanical assistance.
Rides take place on open roads. Riders are expected to follow all traffic laws, ride responsibly, and be prepared to navigate their registered route.
