The Adrian Martinez Classic 2025 Event Participant Waiver

In consideration of accepting this entry, I, intending to be legally bound, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I have against the Town of Concord, the Concord-Carlisle School District, the Meet Director, USA Track and Field, and any and all unnamed sponsors, businesses, offices, volunteers, their representatives and successors for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I agree to allow any photos / videos taken at the meet to be used in promotional materials for the Adrian Martinez Classic and its sponsors in the future. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event, and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor.
