(HCS) is a non-profit, IRS 501C(3) which provides community-based, multi-social services for older adults, youth, and immigrant families living in Southern Brooklyn. Our mission is to help the immigrant community and other disadvantaged persons to thrive through advocacy, civic engagement, and partnerships.
