About HYROX SIMULATION by Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands

This event is a FULL or HALF Hyrox Simulation sponsored by Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands.

Heats will be going in groups of 2 (or 4 if doing doubles) every 10 minutes, starting as early as 6:30am.

These are your reps/distances if doing the FULL sim:

You'll also complete a 1km run BEFORE each station.

1000m Ski, 50m Sled Push, 50m Sled Pull, 80m Burpee Broad Jumps, 1000m Row, 200m Kettlebell Farmers Carry, 100m Sandbag lunges, 100 wall balls.

½ sim reps/distances:

You'll complete a 500m run BEFORE each station.

500m Ski, 25m Sled Push, 25m Sled Pull, 40m Burpee Broad Jumps, 500m Row, 100m Kettlebell Farmers Carry, 50m Sandbag lunges, 50 wall balls.

You have the option to complete this workout with a partner. Do the running together at the same speed, then break up the stations and tag team them until the reps/distance is completed.

TIME SLOTS: 

FULL sim solo/doubles: 6:30am-8am start times

½ sim solo/doubles: 8:30am-9:30am start times

If doing doubles, only one of you will choose the time slot.
