Whether you're prepping for HYROX Houston, or working up the confidence to sign up for your first race, this simulation will be a test of how your work is paying off OR what you need to focus on.

Waves of 4 will start every 10 minutes. Arrive early to check-in, pay, and warm up!

The race will go in this order:

Run → 1000m ski

Run → 50m sled push

Run → 80m burpee broad jumps

Run → 1000m row

Run → 200m farmers carry

Run → 100m lunges

Run →100 wall balls

This event is free to register for, but $20 will be collected upon arrival. $15 for F45 Creekside members.
