About Hot Girl Relay 3 : Dirt & Vert

It's gonna be dirty and verty because we're taking on some of SF's most iconic urban trails, running from one iconic venue (Kezar) to another (Running Wylder, duh).

We'll hit all the highlights (literally) as the course covers nearly 13 miles + over 2k feet of elevation. the views + the vibes will be epic.

Golden Gate Park --> Sutro --> Lagunda Honda --> Glen Canyon --> Twin Peaks

How It Works:
• up to 5 runners per team
• divvy up the segments however you wish
• $50 per team
• Winners take all 💅

The Course:
• Hand-off spots range from 2.3 - 2.6 miles // each segment has varied elevation gains
• All routes are available on Strava and in the Movemint app (link in bio)
• Please download your section ahead of time… there won’t be flags or course marshals guiding you, and it can get confusing!
