About Alula Flight Series - Track Night in Long Beach
The Alula Flight Series is meant to bring track racing back to the running community, and we are thrilled to kick off our inaugural event in the LBC!
Join us at Saint Anthony High School's Athletic Facility for our Track Night in Long Beach featuring 1-mile and 5K heats under the lights. Come test your fitness alongside local running runners as the sun sets. We'll be sure to make it a memorable evening. Sports Basement will also be onsite handing out goodies in addition to a raffle.

5:00 PM - Athlete Check-In Opens
6:00 PM - Alula Welcome Announcement
6:15 PM - 5,000M Heats Begin
8:15 PM - Raul Arcos w/Running Lobos Feature
8:30 PM - Mile Heats Begin
9:40 PM - Closing Announcement
All heat times are subject to change based on day-of logistics.
FACILITY RULES & REGULATIONS
The event is at the Saint Anthony High School Athletic Complex at the southeast corner of Clark Ave & Del Amo Blvd.

Spikes & regular running shoes are approved for use on the track.
All athletes are approved to warm-up on the field within the track.
Spectators are not permitted to enter and cheer on the track lanes nor within the field. All spectators must remain in the stands or behind the fence bordering lane 6.
Running clubs/groups are allowed to bring their branded canopies on the bleachers as long as they're set on the top row of the bleachers.
Restrooms will be available onsite.
Water fountains and a bottle refill station are available for use to all.
Parking is free; however it may fill up as the event goes on. We'll send out an update if St. Cyprian Church will have its lot open that evening as an alternative option.
Accepted beverages on the track or field are limited to water. All other sports drinks or beverages may be consumed on the other side of the track fence to maintain cleanliness.
All participating athletes must always pause and look for oncoming runners both ways mid-heat before crossing the track.
Athletes crossing the finish line are to move towards the outer lanes to avoid impeding other runners.
All spectators and athletes must dispose of any trash properly.
