About EAST COAST EXCHANGE
The triangles own pro running team (the PUMA Elite Running Team) invite you to the INAUGURAL ECE, a relay race from New Hill car park at the south point of the American Tobacco Trail (mile 21), to the north point of the American Tobacco Trail in Durham π² β‘οΈ ποΈ

It's set to be an unforgettable day of teamwork, speed, and endurance with the olympian and pro's of the PUMA Elite Running Team! Β π₯ Here are 5 things to know π

- 1.) Teams (up to 5) will be each running legs of 4.25 miles (or the whole dang thing) for a total of 4 exchanges with fluids and support along the way π β πβ
- 2.) We'll have a pre-race run-down for compliance announcements and distribution of swag π πββ¬
- 3.) Runners will disperse to their exchange points on provided shuttles or (preferably) their own team cars after the start.β
- 4.) There will be an accompanying live stream on PUMA Elite Running Team Instagram account via bike for teams to track progress. π
- 5.) A post race party will be hosted at Queen Burger, with top 3 teams receiving awards by way of gear, gift cards,ect.β in Downtown Durham. (until 8:30 PM) π»
