About Arkansas High Country Race 2027
The Arkansas High Country Race (ArHC) is one of the premier bikepacking events in the country. Riders connect all the highpoints of Arkansas via a roller coaster of mixed surfaces — steep, chunky, remote, and relentless — a masterpiece of Arkansas terrain.
The race spans much of west-central and northwest Arkansas, encompassing the Ozark Plateau and Ouachita Mountains. Routes range from the full ~1,000-mile Arkansas High Country experience to the ~240-mile Northwest Loop.
Start time: 7:00 AM, October 3, 2026
Location: Bentonville, AR
Tracking: Trackleaders is the official tracking service.
