About MomForward Movement | Middletown, NY: Confluence Running

Celebrate motherhood and movement through MomForward Movement Series with For All Mothers+, an impact non-profit breaking barriers for women through the lens of sport. We're participating in a month-long celebration of motherhood and maternal equity throughout the United States and Canada, and fundraising for advocacy and research programs! 

Join us for a meetup with our beginner run club, we do walking/jogging mostly and let everyone go at their own pace. We’ll start and end at our store and run the Heritage Trail.

We are located in a downtown area right by coffee shop, join us post run for a coffee!

Children are welcome always: we have walkers and joggers so running with the stroller will be easy! We will have a lactation support room in store for breast-feeding/pumping moms.
