About Capture the Flag
Get ready for a good old fashioned game of capture the flag...but did we mention the flag is at the top of Twin Peaks? Good luck. Winner gets a pair of mount to coast shoes.
we'll have two flags - one for the boys + one for the girls. nonbinary grab whichever you see first. to keep things interesting Peak Physio has ponied up five water bottles filled with goodies (incl. a free session) that will also be hidden throughout the course.
the Rules :
no tackling. once the flag is captured it's captured. don't be a d*ck it's just a free pair of shoes + bragging rights to all your friends who, unless they run, probably won't care.
this is unsanctioned. stop for cars. follow the rules of the road. don't sue us if you get hit.
use one of our suggested routes or not. you do you but if you get lost pls google map your way back to the store.

we've mapped some options in order of most to least aggressive. LOL as if there is a 'least aggressive' option up Twin Peaks. Do you want all your elevation in one mile or two? Trail running is just power hiking anyway AMIR?
